How Our Business Works
NIKS INFOTECH is a technology and digital services business providing mobile application development, website development, custom software development, digital advertising management, application management and user acquisition services. Some of the products it works on are its own; the rest belong to the business clients it builds, maintains and advertises for.
Two primary business activities
The work NIKS INFOTECH does falls into two categories, and the difference between them decides who is answerable for what.
The first is our own: digital products and mobile applications that we build, own and operate ourselves.
The second is work done for business clients — mobile application development, website development, custom software development, digital advertising management, application management and user acquisition services, delivered under the arrangement agreed with each client.
Where a product belongs to NIKS INFOTECH, NIKS INFOTECH is its owner and its provider, and answers for it.
Where it belongs to a client, that client stays the owner and the end provider. NIKS INFOTECH performs only the development, management and advertising work that has been agreed.
Owned products and client-owned products
NIKS INFOTECH works on two kinds of product: its own, and its clients'.
An application or digital product owned by NIKS INFOTECH is NIKS INFOTECH's responsibility in full.
On a client-owned product, NIKS INFOTECH supplies development, management or advertising services and nothing more. Ownership stays with that client unless a written agreement says otherwise.
